We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. 2. Processing of personal data on our website

Provision of the website and creation of log files

The provider of our website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Website from which the request was made (referrer URL)
  • Browser type, browser version, operating system.

If the data is stored in log files, this is the case after seven days at the latest. Storage beyond this is possible. You can contact us via our e-mail address. In this case, your personal data transmitted with the email will be processed.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f. GDPR. The processing of the data transmitted by e-mail takes place in order to process your request and to be able to contact you to present our services. These purposes justify our legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f. GDPR.

If the contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR.

The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. This is the case when the processing of your request has been completed. Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

You have the option at any time to object to the storage of your personal data. In such a case, the conversation cannot be continued.

3. Transfer of personal services to third parties

Hosting

We use hosting services. These are used to provide infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space and database services, security services and technical maintenance services in order to maintain the operation of this website. The personal data we collect will be passed on to our hosting provider. The processed data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. Google Fonts

We integrate the fonts ("Google Fonts") from the provider Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. As a result, we are no longer allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent in the future. Revoking your consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent up to the point of revocation.

Right to complain to a supervisory authority

According to Art. 77 GDPR you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or work or our company.

Right to be informed

We share acc.
